While this tool is rather heavy and large, it is probably one of the best tools if you need something fast and effective. Besides, the bolts on the machine rattle loose due to the vibrations from the motor after long periods. However, all you have to do to fix this is just re-tighten the screws every so often. The 4-inch dust port is great, does an amazing job of catching the dust; this will make cleaning no longer a laborious chore. Other than the small issue of screws, there are no other problems with the build quality of this machine, and you will only find loose screws a problem if the tool is used for hours a day, at maximum sanding speed – for general use, the screws won’t come loose.
